Scott,
We have Norton antivirus installed in it. But if we want Clam to
function perfectly, we need to stop Norton antivirus. That is why we stopped
Norton and Clam is running.
If clam is really creating problem, please tell me I will proceed
for uninstallation of the same immediately.
This is very crucial for me. As received one more call. Waiting for
your reply.

Are you running an on-access virus scanner? If so, it would account for
what your client says is happening.
