We have an application that automagiclly sends an email with a .PDF attachment to our suppliers.
One supplier has informed me that she is getting two of each mail, one with her address in capitals the second with the address in lowercase.
We have investigated the app, and as far as we can tell, it is only sending one mail.
Has any one seen this behaviour before?
