What do the logs show?

Imail Log shows a perfectly reasonable exchange between our mail server and the supplier.
The application log shows a mail at 08:42 Imail shows a mail at the same time.
The recipient is in upper case.

At 16:10, Imail log shows a mail to the supplier with a null (<>) sender. The application log has no record of the mail being sent.
The recipient is in lower case.
