We are running an older version of IPSwitch's AV and it's refuses to uninstall. Tried installing AV1.2 over the top with no luck either. LiveUpdate fails, I have to manually download the Intelligent Updater every morning from the Security Response center. I've uninstalled LiveUpdate and reinstalled with no success. Anyone else had the same problems?
Gotta love these resold, repackaged, products....let the tech support finger pointing begin! Is this a sing of things to come? *cough* ICS *cough*
