Hmmm...while we all know the legal system is not doing enough, they are doing something...several spammers have been brought to trial and sentenced over the past year....so we can't say that nothing is being done. However, perhaps more effective lobbying would be in order to keep pushing for stronger laws and more effective enforcement.

To not do this based on fear of prosecution would be foolish and play right into the hands of the spammers. How does one not know that the system would silently welcome such a vigilante action so that they may focus on real world crimes and issues.
