Title: Somewhat OT, Spam and Bandwidth

I have set up several users with Outlook with the account type as IMAP, so they can check mail remotley via the webmail page & still keep all their mail at the office. It seems that messages will automatically delete after so many days & I can't find any place to change this. Also, rather than mail arriving in the regular Outlook inbox, it creates another folder called mail.mydomain.com. Can I make it land in the Inbox under the Personal Folders? I am using Outlook 2003 & Imail 8.12.
