Yeah, I never thought to check it but was surprised how many people were
set for 1 minute intervals. I have some calls to make on Monday now.

I've politely asked several of our clients to limit logons to 5 minutes

One was just kind of a jerk anyway who thought he was Mr. Important, and the
other was one of the only two clients we've ever known to hire a third party
to spam on their behalf. We ended up kicking them off the server as soon as
we learned they were doing spamvertizing. My guess is that may have been
part of the reason why they wanted to DL their email so often. Perhaps they
thought we may check their email and discover it or something, who knows?
However, this is an ongoing thing with new clients and people who apparently
just found that setting for the first time and decided to tweak it. I get
them stopped for a while and soon there are others doing the same thing. I
think most people just don't realize what they are doing to the log files
and how dumb it really is.

Do you guys ever say anything to customers checking email every 1
minute? I get more email than most people and I don't check email every
1 minute!
