We are running IMail 8.14HF1, we are
having an issue with POP where those users that used a third party client
like Outlook Express can't download an email with attachment but other email
without attachement is ok.
Please help...
Try this:
In Outlook Express, go to Tools>Options> Security. There's
a check box for " Do not allow
attachments to be saved or opened that could potentially be a virus." Make
sure it's unchecked, then click OK and try your email again. I had a client
with this very same problem this past week.
