As has been stated before, this is a support list. People do not come on here to praise a product, but to seek support. I can speak with confidence that if you were to participate in Exchange support forums/lists like I do, you would clearly see that there is a lot of support and problems that people have with Exchange, so your comparison is out of line. The cost of time/knowledge/support/training/learning/etc is greatly higher than Imail. Imail and Exchange are 2 different types of cars. You can not compare the repair cost of a Chevy to a Lexus.
