Hi all, We use Symantec Mail Security to prefix
the subject of any possible spam with SPAM: We then have a global rule in Imail that
states any email with a subject that contains SPAM: will be moved in a mailbox
called SPAM which the users have to access via Webmail. This works great. We run a batch job every night which uses
the immsgexp.exe
utility in the Imail folder to delete any messages in the spam mailbox older
than 7 days. This also works great. But, what I want to do is in the middle
of a night, run some sort of batch file that checks if there are any messages
in the spam mailbox, and if so, emails the user with a customised message
reminding them to check their spam folder via Webmail. Does anyone know if this can be done? Thanks!!! Christopher Jones |
