The Trusted DNS Black list in IMail Admin has worked pretty well for me. I use SpamCop, FiveTen and SpamHaus as my trusted black lists. In my opinion, SpamCop and FiveTen do a pretty good job of blocking spam. That along with your word and phrase list should do pretty good.
