Thanks for all the quick responses... So here goes my best shot at answering all the questions in one whack.
I noticed that Declude is running around 20-50% of CPU during peaks, but generally it is steady at 5% or so when it is being used.
POPD32, and SMTPd32 both sit around 3-5% when they are running as an active process... but I see Declude sucking up processor the most.
This would suggest that you are using some intensive filters. That's OK if you have the resources for it, which you appear to -- if during the busiest times you're not at 100% CPU usage, you're good (some people have the CPU at about 100% most of the time during peak hours).
I notices some of you mentioned declude 16 bit, 32 bit... how do I know which one I am using ?
All versions of Declude are 32-bit.
If you use F-Prot with Declude Virus, though, it has a 16-bit version. If you are using F-Prot.exe (in the SCANFILE line in your virus.cfg file), you should switch it to fpcmd.exe (and remove the /NOFLOPPY option at the same time, which the 32-bit version of F-Prot chokes on).
