We're actually going to be installing a product called Ironmail and use it
as the mail gateway.  It has a great anti-spam solution, Mcafee and Sophos
av and we can push OWA through Ironmails web proxy.

Even better, Imail + Declude is a great gateway for Exchange. That way, you
do not have to have a separate AV and spam for Exchange.
