While I am also concerned about the future of Imail, I must agree with John about troubles with Exchange. I considered it myself, but also remember past experience with Exchange. If something happens to your Imail box, there is a really good chance that it can be easily repaired or at least your users and emails can be recovered and easily backed up in case of a failure. Because of it's cryptic nature Exchange is not as forgiving and there is a equally good chance that you could lose everything and need to start over again of you have problems with your Exchange server. This list and Imail are pretty hard to beat for ease of maintenance.
