This was discussed not long ago. I believe
Enom and GoDaddy were two of the frontrunners. Both have decent support
and management tools, and are less than $10/yr.

Solutions for a few years and some of our domains are up for renewal at
$34.99/yr or $29.99/2yr for a .com!
I've seen as low
as $4.95/yr but I don't know what kind of support they'd give you, what tools
will be available and most important, how reliable they
are.
