I have a bunch of IDE hard drives pulled for various reasons. Some software
(A format will fix) and some hardware (the trashcan comes to mind).

Trouble is, they look exactly alike.

Anyone know a good Disk Exerciser Freeware program to tell them apart?
Windoze or Linux fine.

All Hard Drive Manufacturers have "diagnostic" programs that you can run VERY quickly on a hard drive.
