MS SMTP + ORF will handle this much more efficiently than IMail.  If you point this at your IMail box, you will without a doubt eat up every free thread.  IMail cannot handle more than about 1 million messages a day (standard traffic patterns) regardless of hardware.  You would hardly notice the effect with MS SMTP + ORF. I strongly suggest that you rethink this.
