Yes I do...
 
I have the official Host Name as domain.com
and the alias as mail.domain.com
and have now added domain.com to the alias.
 
Thank you to Randy for the reply about adding the domain name to the host name as that seemed to work. I dont have that on any other domains so I am a bit puzzled by this but hey, it works!
