I use f-prot on my server with iMAIL. f-prot works well but the realtime
scanner sometimes locks mail boxes on occasion. When this happens the email
client cannot get mail. And the web messaging can't retrieve mail either.
We have to go in and change the mail.mbx to another name and let it get created
again. Out of 1500 accounts it only happens every few months. Even though I can
see the realtime scanner catching viruses it only locks boxes every now and
then.
Does anyone have any insight on this or a possible solution?
I like f-prot it does work well but the realtime portion doesn't clean viruses.
