Thanks, Mike. I may well indeed (as it is my default browser).
However, does anyone else know what the problem could be? or another
work-around? (The reason they can't upgrade their IE might also
preclude them from installing any other browser....long story).

Subject: Re: [IMail Forum] killer webmail and IE 5.0 reply does not work
As I mentioned, all the buttons, for example on the compose message
screen after hitting "reply", all have "undefined" as their text. None
of them work. Composing an original message is fine, but not when
replying or forwarding. Also, other users have mentioned that they
sometimes need to hold down the CTRL button when clicking any of the top
nav button in order to get them to work. I can't reproduce any of these
errors as I have IE6 (like any sane person).
Problem is - they can't upgrade because of political reasons. Does
anyone know a work-around or solution? I'm now hosting all the graphics
on my normal web server which has improved performance (thanks to you all).
Any help?

Hey Kevin,
When you say "has many errors on it" what kind of errors?
I complained about something like this with my users a while back and we
found the answer in our core router.
It had a traffic bottle-neck and the engineer said something along the
terms of "buy a faster interface for the router" so we did and after
installing it we not longer see the problems/issues. (the errors appeared to
be broken images/links)
I hope this helps,
rick

We have some users using IE5 and Killer WebMail. When they hit reply
(either the big button at the top or the text link above the actual
message), the compose pop up window has many errors on it (all the
buttons are "undefined", all the text is too). I saw a post about this
but no reply to it.
Other than making them upgrade to IE6, is there a work around? I've had
them refresh their page, delete their history, etc. I've
stopped/started the WebMessaging service.
Thanks.
Kevin
