I'd  recommend  MS  SMTP  with  Vamsoft's  ORF  as the MX MTA, Declude
Junkmail/Virus  with  Sniffer as first internal hop (on same box as MS
SMTP),  forwarding  to  internal  IMail mailbox server. Very effective
match  of  connection handling/filtering, unknown recipient rejection,
and content filtering technologies.

Alternately,  depending  on load, simply IMail/Declude/Sniffer with my
ldap2aliases  script  (see  sig)  to automatically sync users from the
mailbox to the MX.
