I agree not a very informative response. But it is a response, every one
must agree that is an improvement over the old IPSwitch. But, I have to
wonder is no information is better than vague information?

How about some specifics Jill!
What are the tried and true standards?
What are the known issue/limitations of the current web messaging that will
not be fixed?
When should we expect to see the new version?


The way I see it, for IPSwitch to keep our business they are in a race with
Declude/SmarterMail combo. Management has instructed me to evaluate
Declude/SmarterMail when it is available and compare it the
price/performance of Declude/Imail.
