For a corporate environment that uses Microsoft Technology, you are right… nothing can shake a stick at Exchange 2003.   For AV,SPAM,and Spyware both on the server and clients, we have had lots of success implementing the Trendmicro solutions. If your organization is small to medium sized, check out the Client/Server/Messaging Suite for small and medium sized businesses it is pretty comprehensive and includes all of your desktops, servers, and exchange servers for one single cost per user...
