  I'm assuming Declude adds into IMail as a delivery application. If that is 
the case, delivery
  applications operate on messages that have already made it into the queue. 
That wouldn't be
  blocking at the SMTP connection level. I suppose I could incorporate this 
into the delivery
  application I currently am running if I have to.

  Please feel free to correct me if I am completely off target.
