[IMail Forum] Blank pages in Webmail

We are running Imail 8.15 and we are using the default Webmail templates.   Occasionally, in webmail, a user open click an email and just get a blank page. If you download the email to Outlook it looks fine. If I forward it from webmail to another account, they can read it fine in Webmail.   I went back to the old Webmail templates (the old yellow one’s) and it has the same problem. So I don’t think it’s related to the webmail templates, it could possibly be a global setting in Imail that I’ve screwed up? I think it’s related to the format of the original email but I can’t prove it for sure.   Has anyone had a similar sort of issue or know how I can troubleshoot this one?   Thanks   Chris Jones IT Support & Security Rural Press Limited Sydney, Australia
