Already doubled check that there isn't any .tmp files in her mailbox directory.

One other thing is that in webmail, upon clicking the "Send" button, the error 
message :

"Can not attach file(s): movie+listExlsB0."
"message delivered"

The name of the file is "movie list.xls". Any ideas ?

Try deleting any .tmp or .uid files in her mailbox directory.
