Is that before or after they changed their
processes a couple of months ago to remove all headers?
Also, I wonder if they have a different process for
dynamic IPs. If so, that won't help those of us running static, but it's
good to know.

Subject: RE: [IMail Forum] AOL TOS Notifications I spoke with AOL the
first time I got on their blacklist and gave them a list of dynamic IP's, now
they send me the reported abuse emails from their customers with the full
headers. By knowing what on my network is dynamic they know whether or not to
blacklist. They stated that they wouldn't blacklist based on complaints from
dynamic IP's. FYI, I called the support number on their web site and had to tell
the answering tech that I was an ISP administrator and asked to speak to a tech
that worked with the email servers. Took some time to get there, but once I did
it stopped the inadvertent blacklisting, and I now receive full
headers.
