We've also noticed plenty of 'oddities' like that with KWM and only
offer it to clients than ask for it.

email in the preview pane and then clicking on the refresh icon in the

(not on the browser), they get the “good bye” message and asked to

see any issues in the log … other users are not having this
problem. The workstations are Windows XP SP2 with all current hot
fixes (installed all hot fixes today to see if that would help the
problem).
I’m out of
fixes and looking
for help, this would seam to be isolated to just two users and I’ve
seen
it happen in action, but again I’m out of roads.
