Scott, it is the Enterprise Server based version.

Christian, that was it.  Seems the newer versions have a level of software
firewall built into them and it was blocking outbound access to port 25.

Running Imail 8.05 on Windows 2003 with no problems.

Trying to test Network Associates Anti Virus V8.0i

As soon as I enable it, any outbound mail fails with "MX fail to connect..."

Any suggestions???
