A few of our users have trouble deleting more than X number of emails at
one time via the iMail webmail interface. Up until recently I had only
heard about this with people on poor dialup connections so I assumed that
it was a result of the browser command not reaching the server properly,
but I was recently informed that a DSL user was having similar
problems. Is there a "command timeout" setting anywhere? Can anyone shed
some insight as to why deleting ten emails would work where 20 fail? We're
using 8.14 with the default webmail templates. At present I am unable to
glean anything useful out of the logs other than to confirm that the users
logged in at various times. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
