I have over 800 people set up on our IMAIL problem and 1 person is having
troubles connecting and sending and receiving email

She can receive email from people that are in the IMAIL system, but anyone
that tries to send her an email from outside of it has the message bounced
back to them after 3 hours. The response is listed below.

She can not connect to IMAIL using Outlook or Outlook express as it tells
her the sockets are not open. I know the sockets are open cause NO ONE ELSE
is having a problem.

What do I do?
