For some reason, Imail's content filtering has stopped inserting x-headers when it finds matching URLs or phrases. According to spamxxxx.log, the system is recognizing items listed in url-domain-bl.txt and phrase-list.txt, but the message gets delivered since no x-header is inserted, and I'm set up to route via processing rules. I've triple-checked settings - "Insert X-Header" is still selected for both phrase filtering & url domain blacklist, I've rebooted the server, even manually stopped & started all of Imail's services.
Has anyone else ever experienced this problem, and if so, did you find a solution?
