Maybe not the most elegant solution, but here is what I did. Setup Outlook to attach to the Exchange server. Once that was set I added an IMAP account to the Imail server within Outlook. I then just did a drag and drop from the IMAP boxes to the Exchange boxes for the clients. Not elegant, and probably only worked cuz this is a K-12 public school environment and I have access to all things in the network.
