We have been tracking an apparent change in blacklist effectiveness through user reports. That might account for these numbers. A few of the more recent campaigns were being caught only by Sniffer and no blacklists - this caused most weight based systems (such as Declude) to allow the spam to pass until folks adjusted. These reports coincided with a number of new campaigns that were heavy and appeared to be using well prepared zombie networks and dedicated systems (mixed) in 220... 221... 218... A big chunk of these were "Media Theft" (oem stolen software etc) Another was an old favorite "Snake Oil". _M To Unsubscribe: http://www.ipswitch.com/support/mailing-lists.html List Archive: http://www.mail-archive.com/imail_forum%40list.ipswitch.com/ Knowledge Base/FAQ: http://www.ipswitch.com/support/IMail/
