I am also having this problem, sort of.  It is sporadic, but happens at
least once a week.  I implemented Kevin Bilbee's DLA and I get this on
at least 2 or 3 mailboxes per day with that.  Today a user got a mailbox
full message trying to send to her boss.  The boss has the following
settings:  Max mailbox size: 10000000, Max Mailbox Msgs: 0, Total Size:
171195, Total Msgs: 21

So he's allowed 10 Megs, and using 170 K.
