Have them forward the email to them self and see if the attachment shows up.

I've had this issue with VSI-FAX auto email of faxes to the web interface
users for a few years now.

It's only a work around ... but works.

Subject: [IMail Forum] Attachment problem

I am seeing an intermittent problem that I can't seem to nail down.

We are a University running Exchange for faculty/staff and Imail 8.12
for students. In the past few weeks, I have received some complaints
that some students are not receiving attachments. The problem is
sporadic and is coming from different faculty with different types of
attachments.

The faculty member will send an attachment. The user on Imail will see
the email and see the attachment icon in the menu. However, when they
open the email to retrieve the attachment, it is not there. I have not
been able to recreate the issue but have seen it from a student
experiencing the problem.

Does anyone have any suggestions on what could be causing this and how
to fix it?

Thanks.
