I tried contacting them without success. Too bad for them because this client has just over 100 dialup accounts too. Bye, Bye, to those.

Yep, good ol', out-of-control Verizon. Spewing unpoliced crap from their own access networks, while using inscrutable policies for their inbound, rejecting with useless reject messages, like yours, which I've seen at numerous IMGate machines.

Contact Verizon and ask them to unblacklist your IP or whatever. I don't know a contact.
