How would you know what the cost is for renewing an ICS support agreement?
Purchase of an "upgrade" to ICS (or buying it from scratch, for that matter)
comes with an initial one-year service agreement, and since it has been
around for far less than a year, you could not possibly have any idea what
it will cost to renew the agreement a year from the time of purchase. In
fact, there is not even a price listed on the Ipswitch website for an ICS
service agreement. It's not even an available option as of yet, so far as I
can tell. So, what are you basing this statement on?
