We have a client that is sending out newsletters to his clients. If he sends to more than a few at a time, he gets this back for everyone in the BCC field. What is causing this?

The issue is most likely a bug in OE, There is a patch for OE 6.0 on windowsupdate.microsoft.com. ** IT IS LISTED IN NON CRITICAL UPDATES!**. These items are listed in Microsoft Knowledge Base "KB887797".
