For us, it was a bit disconcerting given the new direction ipswitch seems to be going and the features didn't warrant the increase in price. If we wanted to add another mail server to the rack it would cost several thousand dollars for imail where a full blown enterprise license of smartermail is only $600. We're a hosting company and have no use for ICS which only handles collaboration for a single domain anyway. Getting back to only wanting a mail server doesn't warrant paying an increased support agreement on things we don't even use nevermind not using the support either.
