Geza, It might not have worked because of the order you have the filters set in your rules.ima folder. Each rule acts in the order it is listed on the page. So, you will need to place that rule you had at the very top of the list in order for it to ignore the rules below it. I'm not sure if this is possible to do via the GUI, so you may have to hand-edit each user's rules.ima file with a text editor to make sure that the rules are in the proper order. I have such a rule for a couple of accounts, and it works just fine.
