According to the IpSwitch site, ICS2 Premium uses Mail-Filters.com as their source for anti-spam rules/heuristics.
Does anyone have experience with using them? How would they compare with a Declude/Message Sniffer combination? I have a service agreement valid through December for IMail Unlimited, bought prior to ICS. It looks like the only upgrade path is going to cost me $5995 with the existing customer discount, since it doesn't seem they offer it through the support agreement. Something tells me the extreme cost to upgrade makes a Declude/MessageSniffer/SmarterMail combination the smarter choice. Comments, suggestions, inappropriate remarks? ;-) ---------- Original Message ---------------------------------- From: "Christopher Checca" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Reply-To: [email protected] Date: Wed, 27 Apr 2005 10:39:11 -0500 Some highlights of ICS 2: - New Premium Anti-Spam reduces spam and virtually eliminates false positives - Additional anti-spam features include SPF to block phishing attacks, and scanning for broken MIME headers, plain text links and deceptive URLs. - Outlook users can now set permissions for sharing their own calendars, contacts and other Outlook folders. - Encrypted e-mail transport with SSL for SMTP, POP and IMAP.
