Update on this... resetting password did not fix the
problem. Two users using Mac OS9 and Entourage 2001 the other user using
mac with outlook express... All accounts can be accesses via web-mail, so

domains having trouble sending mail. They all use Macs and are all
getting "Error 5500 The server did not understand the request" - resetting their
password seems to solve the issue.
Never had this problem before 8.2, may or may not be
related. Anyone else seeing this? |
