Check in the folder structure of the domain itself for the web folder...IE c:\Imail\domain_ext\web
This may be different depending on where you have you domain mail folders at on the disk. If this is present then this is where your problem more than likely is. I have an issue with a user saying there mailbox is full (100mb mailbox) in Webmail but their mbx only show 18Mb.� All users have a default mailbox of 100mb and the config_MailBoxSizeLimitKB.cgi is set 0 and webmail shows that his box has a 100Mb limit.� There is no Max Num.
