Hi list, Since I upgraded to 8.20 on a previously stable 8.15 system on a Win2003 server (the OS has all patches applied also in 8.15) we encounter the following issues:
1) Nobody alias does not work (see previous posts of other forum members) 2) SMTPd.exe causes Application Errors (Event ID 1000/1004/4097/7034), unknown faulting module, fault address 0x00d793b3 or terminated unexpectedly) at least every 40 minutes. 3) Some incoming emails send once come in over and over again (the mailserver does not confirm them, so they get repeated all over) 4) The premium AntiSpam works for us (in most cases), although there is no documentation and nothing to configure about this. 5) A server restart leads immediately to a SMTPd.exe failure after logon. No problems with Workgroupshare nor IM Server so far. The installation directory for the upgrade was changed from C:\Programs\IPSwich to C:\Imail because the original installation was in the Imail subdir. The upgrade by itself went smoothly, Workgroupshare and IM Client had to be updated. It's a ICS premium installation. On the other hand there are remaining entries of 8.xx installation in the registry. The phrase-list.txt within the domain-directories weren't merged with the new phrase-list as selected in the installer. Maybe others may add their issues to the above list. I hope other are more lucky with their upgrade as we are...
