Well, any combination of those updates COULD crash your server, but WILL they? Don't know.
I have had 1 server crash when updating to W2k3-SP1, I have had 3 not crash. My server didn't like Imail 8.2, but they fixed that with HF1 My Declude has never caused any problems when updating, but others I believe continue to have problems with 2.06.
