My understanding is that the white list only excludes content filtering.  To exclude from all the filtering, you would want to add the IP address of the mail server to  your trusted IP address.

Can someone explain why I can place domains in the whitelist.txt file ( for all domains ), yet emails still appear to be caught up in the spam filters?
