A 221 code generally means the message would have been accepted but there is something that caused it to be rejected. Are there any more lines after >QUIT and before finished? AOL usually is good about giving the reason for the rejection.
HOWEVER: Since you now provided the domain name you are sending from, as some one else pointed out, by checking DNSReport.com shows a bunch of problems directly related to e-mail, and which will clearly cause problems. http://www.dnsreport.com/tools/dnsreport.ch?domain=aamericanselfstorage.com
