Hi Ben, check the archives and Imail support for Stack Connect Fail and you should find some stuff. I had this issue back in version 7.X when I started out with Imail. I was using my ISPs DNS (external) and was getting a bunch of these. I moved to an internal DNS server and things got better. I eventually setup DNS on the same box as Imail (Win2K Server) and as I upgraded through the versions it seemed to get better and better. Maybe the upgrades have nothing to do with it but now I rarely have any and I am pushing even more mail through the box. I only keep one DNS server listed in Imail. Is this a reasonable number?  2. How do I trace where the IP resolution fails? 3. Does IMail use all of the DNS servers for which it is configured, or only some?   Any advice would be helpful.  We've been thinking about replacing our DNS server, but we're a pretty small operation and I'm not sure that that server is really all that busy.   Thanks,   Ben Bednarz BC Web
