1. Create a new profile in OE.
2. Copy all the stuff you want to keep into the new profile.
3. Delete old profile.
4. Strike user with blunt instrument.

I've got one too! I created a subdirectory in DELETED Items,
move it there, and forgot about it. It's been there since 3/2003. If you find
out how to delete it, let me know!

[IMail Forum] OT - Message Won't Delete - Exchange Doesn't see it
We have a user who has a message in
his inbox from about 3 months ago that won't delete or move. When you try
to delete it, it says Unknown Error and when you try to move it, it says it has
either already been moved, deleted, or you don't have permission. Funny
thing is, in Exchange, in his inbox, that message does not exist, and it is not
on his Blackberry either, only his Outlook Inbox. Anyone ever seen this
before or have any suggestions?
